Return Process:
To initiate a return:
Contact us with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide instructions for return shipping.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange for a replacement or full refund.
